  The end of the fourth seal seems to represent the turning point in Nero's life when he married the Jewish woman, Poppaea, poisoned his advisor Burrus, and forced Seneca to retire. This is when the Jews took advantage of Nero and used Poppaea to make a covenant with the Jews to persecute Christians. I can't find the precise dates for this, with histories only saying that he married her in early 62. but since Poppaea gave birth to a girl on January 21, 63, counting back nine months gives a general estimate of the possible time. Since that is April 28 (AMD 1483647) I am arbitrarily giving that as the date for their marriage. Seven year covenant of Rome with Jews against Israel was supposed to be 62-70, but it was "cut short" (cf. Matt. 24:22) Jewish persecution from 62-66 Roman persecution from July 18, 64 - June 9, 68
